Part‑Time Sales Advisor – Sydney (Nov 2026‑Jan 2027)

About the role

As a Part‑Time Sales Advisor you will be the friendly face of the store, greeting customers and delivering high‑level service across the shop floor, cash desk and fitting rooms. You will help create a welcoming environment that showcases the brand’s latest collections.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product advice and handling transactions at the cash desk.
• Maintain the shop floor by processing deliveries, replenishing stock and merchandising new garments.
• Support fitting rooms and ensure a smooth shopping experience throughout the store.
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging moments for customers.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communicator who listens actively and responds to customer needs.
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and enthusiastic about the brand.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of store operations and retail processes (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to advise customers on fashion trends, materials and sizing (preferred).
