Parts Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Konecranes is looking for a motivated Parts Inside Sales Representative to help grow its parts business. The role suits someone who enjoys building customer relationships, spotting sales opportunities and finding the right solutions for customers. It is a full-time position based in Smithfield.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to support repeat business and sales growth.
• Identify new sales opportunities and help expand the customer base.
• Prepare quotations and tenders, support sales negotiations and ensure commercially sound outcomes.
• Work closely with Procurement and Warehouse teams so parts are available and delivered on time.
• Monitor orders, stock levels and sales activity.
• Follow up on invoices and outstanding payments while keeping positive customer relationships.
• Stay up to date with customer needs and market trends to spot improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proactive, organised and passionate about excellent customer service.
• Enjoys working with people, solving problems and contributing to a results-focused team.
• Good product knowledge and an interest in developing sales expertise.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• CRM knowledge is also beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
