Partner Marketing Manager

About the role

This senior individual contributor role drives growth through Square’s partner ecosystem in Australia. You will own the marketing relationship with AU‑based partners, localise global playbooks, and execute repeatable campaigns that generate qualified leads, self‑onboarded sellers, and product attachments.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing relationship with Australian partners as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute joint marketing and enablement plans aligned to partner segment and opportunity size.
• Localise global partner marketing playbooks for the AU market to drive repeatable growth outcomes.
• Execute partner campaigns across events, enablement, lifecycle, digital activation, content and co‑marketing initiatives.
• Track and report campaign performance, identify insights and optimise future initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of joint marketing plans, performance metrics and campaign recaps.
• Own industry body, retail and supplier partnerships to amplify Square’s marketing efforts.

Required profile

• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally within FinTech, SaaS or platform‑based technology companies.
• Experience working with partners, channels or ecosystem‑led growth models.
• Proven ability to own programmes end‑to‑end—from strategy through execution and measurement.
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable outcomes such as leads, acquisition or product adoption.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
