About the role

Join ResMed as a Retail Sales Assistant (also called Sleep Coach) in the Brisbane CBD. This part‑time position focuses on helping customers improve their sleep health through ResMed’s solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, compassionate customer service and sales support in a busy retail environment.
• Document and process customer enquiries, product usage, and purchases.
• Collaborate with the small team to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking retail role.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain compassion.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
