About the role

A rapidly growing property development and construction group is seeking a proactive Paralegal to support its in‑house legal team. The role operates in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment, assisting with routine agreements, regulatory updates and day‑to‑day legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review routine agreements, prepare drafts, update templates and assist with negotiation materials.
• Manage deadlines, track progress across workstreams and ensure timely access to required information.
• Analyse legislation, summarise regulatory updates and prepare concise briefing notes.
• Maintain organised filing systems, ensure version control and support accurate internal records.
• Schedule meetings, prepare materials, coordinate with external advisers and assist with daily operational needs.
• Refine workflows, update internal procedures and contribute to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency.

Required profile

• Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site as required and contribute positively to team culture.

Required skills

• Legal document drafting, reviewing and redlining.
• Legal research and summarisation of regulatory updates.
