About the role

Join AI Paralegal, a startup within CORTO, to apply your family law disclosure expertise in a tech environment. You will support family law firms by overseeing financial disclosure processes and improving AI-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound disclosure requests from law firms via Intercom-style messages and JIRA tickets.
• Review and correct AI‑generated document categorisation, indexing, and reconciliation.
• Communicate with firms by phone to identify missing information and clarify lawyer requirements.
• Translate manual interventions into detailed product tickets for the development team.
• Prioritise a reactive support queue and collaborate with senior lawyers and partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running financial disclosure in family law matters across multiple firms.
• Strong communication skills with lawyers, partners, and clients.
• Sharp judgment to assess ambiguous document sets and determine relevance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, reactive work environment.
