OT Security Sales Specialist – Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a results‑driven Technology Sales Executive to lead the full sales cycle for Operational Technology (OT) security solutions. You will originate and close complex deals, engaging senior client stakeholders and collaborating with internal delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and develop new sales opportunities within existing Accenture enterprise accounts, managing the full sales cycle from pursuit to closure.
• Engage C‑suite and functional leaders to position Accenture’s OT and cybersecurity capabilities as strategic solutions.
• Collaborate with solution architects and practice leads to craft differentiated proposals.
• Manage sales targets of $4–7 million, track pipeline health, and report on deal progress.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracting, and deal structuring with legal, pricing, and delivery teams.
• Stay current on cybersecurity, OT, cloud, and AI trends to provide informed client guidance.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of technology sales experience with a proven record of originating and closing complex deals.
• Experience selling cybersecurity solutions such as managed security services, SOC, identity, and cloud security.
• Background in selling into or working within OT environments (manufacturing, utilities, energy, critical infrastructure).
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets of $4–7 million and maintain a disciplined pipeline.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations.
