OSHC Regional Manager – Boronia Region

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an inspiring Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of 10‑15 Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Melbourne’s East and South East, including Boronia, Belgrave and Cranbourne. This role combines operational leadership with the opportunity to influence service quality, mentor emerging leaders and strengthen school partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Service Coordinators and Educators across the region.
• Drive service quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted partnerships with schools, families and local communities.
• Manage workforce planning, rostering and operational performance.
• Support incident management, risk and safety outcomes.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in an ACECQA‑approved field.
• Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong leadership, people development and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with excellent time‑management.

Required skills

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced portfolio.
