OSHC Mentor Coordinator – Boronia

About the role

Join Junior Adventures Group as an OSHC Mentor Coordinator at our Boronia and surrounding services. You will lead a team of passionate educators delivering before‑ and after‑school programs for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
• Foster teamwork, growth and a safe environment for children and staff.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and supporting their development.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion before onboarding.
• VIC Diploma‑Level qualification or working towards it for educators.

Required skills

• Leadership and team management.
• Program planning and activity design for children.
• Compliance and administrative oversight.
