OSHC Coordinator - Subiaco and Surrounds

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead its service in the Subiaco area and create a safe, welcoming and engaging environment for children aged 5-12. The role covers before and after school care programs (Rise then Shine and Stay and Play) and offers 32 hours per week, including 2 hours of paid non-contact administration time, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the school community.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including WA First Qualified Educator.
• National police check (paid by the employer) and Australian working rights.
• Working-with-children check.
• Child safety training completed via Gecko before onboarding.
