OSHC Coordinator - New Service, Gawler

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is launching a new OSHC service at Gawler Primary School, starting with its Holiday HQ program on 18 January and then running the ongoing Before and After School Care program. It is a permanent part-time role of 31.5 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, with full availability across the week. The coordinator leads the day-to-day operations and creates a safe, engaging and welcoming environment for children.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Educators
• Deliver fun, enriching programs that children enjoy
• Build strong relationships with families and the school community
• Manage compliance, administration and rostering
• Drive enrolment growth and community engagement

Required profile

• Leadership experience in OSHC, childcare, education or recreation
• A recognised Diploma qualification suitable for OSHC leadership in SAC
• Current Working with Children Check, RRHAN-EC and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for supporting children to thrive
