OSHC Coordinator - Gosford East

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator for its Helping Hands service in Gosford East. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. It is a permanent, part-time position of 33 hours per week, split across Monday to Friday with 8 hours of dedicated non-contact administrative time.

Service hours include Rise Then Shine (6:30am-8:30am), Stay and Play (2:30pm-6:00pm) and block shifts during school holidays (6:30am-6:00pm).

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an engaging, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported and motivated.
• Partner with families, the school community and internal stakeholders to help the service grow.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Holds or is willing to obtain a national police check (paid by the employer).
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko).
