OSHC Coordinator – Before & After School Program

About the role

Join Helping Hands Lane Cove West as an OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate educators to deliver an engaging before‑ and after‑school program for children aged 5‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child‑centered program featuring STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage team rosters, day‑to‑day operations, compliance and administrative tasks.
• Oversee program delivery across split shifts (7:00‑9:00 am and 3:00‑6:00 pm, Monday‑Friday).
• Foster a collaborative environment and support staff development.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a national police check (covered by employer).
• Current state Working‑with‑Children check.
• Australian working rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training prior to onboarding.
