OSHC Assistant Coordinator – Chatswood

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is recruiting an Assistant Coordinator for its Chatswood Primary OSHCare service. This permanent, part-time role runs 17.5 hours per week, each afternoon Monday to Friday (2:15pm–5:45pm), with the option to take on Before School Care shifts and out-of-ratio hours when needed. It suits someone ready to step up as a leader, with support from experienced regional managers and a state office team.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a team of educators onsite
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance and administration
• Create child-led programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft activities
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community

Required profile

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (the employer covers it)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko)
