OSH Club Coordinator - Padbury Area

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is looking for an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead its service in the Padbury area. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, covering Rise then Shine (7:00am-9:00am) and Stay and Play (2:30pm-6:00pm). It is a permanent part-time position of 31 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.
• Support a team of Educators, build a positive team culture and maintain strong connections with families and the school community.

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Previous OSHC experience, ideally as Coordinator, Assistant Coordinator, Responsible Person or another senior OSHC position.
• Completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including WA First Qualified Educator.
• Australian working rights and willingness to obtain a national police check (covered by the employer).
• State working-with-children check.
• Child safety training completed via Gecko before onboarding.
