Organic Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organic Search Specialist to own and execute integrated organic strategies across search engines, AI platforms and content for a portfolio of clients. You will develop 90‑day roadmaps, conduct deep research and deliver results while collaborating with a creative digital team.

Key responsibilities

• Build integrated 90‑day plans covering search, AI platforms, content and off‑site activity.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, topic and AI prompt research to identify visibility opportunities.
• Own technical and on‑page SEO work, including site architecture, structured data and content audits.
• Ideate and direct multi‑format content assets (guides, research, video, GBP posts, social).
• Earn high‑quality backlinks through outreach, partnerships and digital PR.
• Monitor brand mentions, manage reputation issues and convert unlinked mentions into links.
• Report performance changes, insights and actionable recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO/organic search experience with a proven results record.
• Analytical, commercially minded and able to set and execute strategy independently.
• Passion for search, algorithm updates, AI‑driven answers and continuous learning.

Required skills

• SEO best practices, Core Web Vitals, schema, hreflang and international SEO.
• Technical SEO tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
• Link‑building expertise and understanding of link quality.
• Familiarity with AI search sources (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot).
