Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager works directly with the COO at Glitch Productions, supporting scheduling, cross‑team coordination and day‑to‑day operational execution. Based onsite in Parramatta, this mid‑level role ensures the COO’s priorities move forward while keeping studio operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, resolve conflicts and prioritize time.
• Design meeting cadence, triage requests, prepare agendas, briefing notes and follow‑up actions.
• Represent the COO in select internal meetings and track action items to completion.
• Coordinate with Heads of Production, Creative, Finance, People & Culture and General Counsel on cross‑functional projects and deadlines.
• Lead special projects sponsored by the COO, from planning through delivery.
• Provide light‑touch tracking of departmental budgets and operating spend.
• Plan and run monthly all‑hands meetings, company newsletter and internal communications.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers for office and studio operations.

Required profile

• ~5 years experience in operations, executive support or business administration.
• Previous experience supporting a COO, CEO or senior executive.
• Strong organisational skills, discretion with confidential information and proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience working in a global or multinational environment across time zones.
