Online Teacher and Timetable Coordinator

About the role

The Daily Organisation and Timetable Coordinator ensures smooth operation of ACC Victoria Online by managing the school timetable and daily staffing arrangements. The role combines online teaching across a range of subjects with leadership of timetable coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate timetable structures and adjust daily staffing changes.
• Deliver online teaching programmes for Year 5‑12 students using ICT platforms.
• Communicate timetable adjustments clearly to staff and students.
• Collect and analyse attendance and progress data to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Registered teacher with VIT and a valid Working with Children Check.
• Committed Christian willing to share faith and model school values.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, students and parents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canvas or similar online learning management systems.
• Strong ICT competency for delivering virtual lessons.
