Onboarding Specialist - Rewards Programme Rollout

About the role

A leading Australian FMCG distributor is looking for an empathetic, relationship-driven Retailer & Shopper Support Specialist to help champion the national rollout of its in-store and online rewards programme. The role acts as a bridge between independent store owners, POS vendors, shoppers and internal teams, guiding retailers through onboarding and nurturing long-term partnerships. It is advertised by Randstad in Macquarie Park, NSW, on a temporary full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Retailer care and onboarding: provide end-to-end account management, guiding store owners through launch and post-go-live care
• Training support: run engaging training sessions so store staff feel confident and supported
• Customer happiness: work with Customer Service to resolve feedback gently and ensure high satisfaction for retailers and shoppers
• Relationship building: maintain daily contact with interstate operations, store owners, technology partners and suppliers
• Data and reporting: keep CRM records accurate, follow outreach schedules and share progress reports with leadership

Required profile

• 3+ years in customer care, client onboarding, account management or retail/FMCG
• Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional listening and communication skills, able to build trust with diverse partners
• An organised, adaptable and caring collaborator who stays calm in a fast-paced environment
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency (full Australian working rights required)
