About the role
Shameless Media is seeking an organised, proactive Office Manager / Operations Assistant to keep the office and day‑to‑day operations running smoothly as the company grows. You will be at the heart of the business, supporting the founders, coordinating team logistics and ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, deliveries, maintenance and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate hybrid working logistics, calendars, meeting rooms and internal scheduling.
- Welcome external guests and ensure a comfortable office environment.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and freelancers, and organise team events, celebrations and off‑site activities.
- Provide administrative support to founders and key departments, handling travel bookings, expenses and invoice coordination.
- Support operational projects, improve systems, workflows and internal processes.
- Liaise with external suppliers and partners as required.
- Act as the go‑to person for day‑to‑day office needs and problem‑solving across teams.
Required profile
- Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
- 1–3 years experience in office coordination, operations, executive assistance or administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work across multiple teams and priorities.
