Occupational Therapist – Community and Home Settings

About the role

Join a growing multidisciplinary team delivering NDIS services across Leppington and surrounding areas. This position can be full‑time or part‑time, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments with participants in their homes and community environments.
• Set meaningful, person‑centred goals based on daily routines and support needs.
• Provide recommendations for environmental modifications in home, school and work settings.
• Identify and prescribe appropriate assistive technology to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with families, support coordinators and the wider team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Passion for supporting people with disability.

Required skills

• Competence in conducting functional assessments.
• Experience with environmental modification recommendations.
• Knowledge of assistive technology selection and prescription.
