Occupational Therapist – Central Coast

About the role

We are expanding our Ability Action Australia team and are looking for an Occupational Therapist to work from our Tuggerah clinic on the Central Coast. You will manage a caseload and deliver therapeutic services to NDIS participants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services.
• Assess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function using clinical observations and standardised assessments.
• Interpret assessment findings to set individual treatment goals.
• Provide evidence‑based interventions to improve participants’ quality of life and achieve their goals.

Required profile

• Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPR.
• Passionate about community‑based support for people with disability.
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
