November Event Casual – Bump‑In, Sales & Repack Support

About the role

We are seeking reliable, hands‑on casual staff to support two back‑to‑back luxury retail pop‑up events in Sydney’s CBD throughout November. The role covers bump‑in/setup, sales floor assistance, and repack/bump‑out duties across a rotating roster.

Key responsibilities

• Lift and move boxes during bump‑in and set up the event space on designated dates.
• Support sales floor operations, fitting rooms, and cashiering as needed.
• Repack stock, pack down the event space, and handle outbound stock processing.
• Prepare daily stock ahead of sales events, including weekends.
• Final bump‑out and repack of stock at the end of the event.

Required profile

• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to selected shifts.
• Physically able to lift boxes and perform bump‑in/bump‑out tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Friendly, proactive and professional demeanor.
• Closed‑toe shoes required for all shifts; all‑black pants required for sales floor shifts.
• Retail, events or customer service experience is a bonus.
