Non-Inventory Receiver (Warehouse)

About the role

The Non-Inventory Receiver joins a team that manages the flow of non‑inventory items such as MRO supplies, safety equipment, and packaging materials. You will operate PIT riders, unload and accurately store goods, and keep shipping supplies stocked for the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Operate PIT rider to off‑load and put away non‑inventory goods.
• Accurately stage products in work areas and maintain organized packaging supplies.
• Receive goods in the Coupa purchasing system and perform data entry.
• Maintain appropriate levels of shipping‑supply kanbans and supermarkets.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts using the Amazon Purchasing System.
• Deliver shipping supplies and consumables to relevant departments.
• Assist the Procurement Analyst with stock management and payment inquiries.
• Research missing shipments and keep accurate filing.
• Coach associates on safe work practices and report any injuries immediately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 49 lb, stand or walk for up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including overtime, weekends, nights, or holidays as needed.
