Night Guest Service Agent

About the role

Avani Living Queen's Wharf is looking for one full-time and one casual Night Guest Service Agent who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences. The role welcomes guests from arrival, guiding them through check-in and check-out, sharing local tips and delivering service with warmth, professionalism and a personal touch.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly reception to arriving guests and ensure a smooth, efficient check-in process, addressing immediate inquiries and needs.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with guests, colleagues and stakeholders across in-person, phone and email channels.
• Oversee the accurate processing of guest reservations, updates and special requests using property management systems to keep scheduling and availability seamless.
• Act as the main point of contact during the stay, offering prompt assistance, resolving issues and giving personalised recommendations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated background in high-quality service in a hotel, hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different mediums.
• Proactive, positive approach to guest needs, with attention to service quality and efficient issue resolution.
• Polished, professional presentation.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays and varying shifts.
• Working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
