Night Auditor

About the role

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park, part of the Accor group, is looking for an experienced Night Auditor to join its overnight Front Office team. The hotel sits opposite Albert Park Lake with views of Melbourne's skyline, has 378 rooms, a restaurant and bar, wellness facilities and a large conference centre. The Night Auditor works 11pm to 7am alongside the Night Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Roll the financial system from the day
• Provide a positive guest experience and welcome late-night arrivals
• Process nightly reports
• Contribute to a smooth overnight shift

Required profile

• Previous experience using Opera is desirable
• Strong attention to detail and confidence handling credit card and cash transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to solve problems
• Empathetic and able to assist all kinds of guests
• Australian working rights are required; sponsorship is not provided
