New Home Sales Consultant

About the role

A well-established residential home builder in Victoria, known for high-quality homes and a customer-first approach, is looking for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant. The role works from a display home environment, engaging prospective buyers and guiding them through the process of selecting and building their new home. It is based in South Yarra and offers a salary of $80,000-$120,000 per annum.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new home sales performance by managing inbound enquiries, generating buyer opportunities and guiding customers through the sales process to meet targets.
• Deliver a consultative customer experience by understanding clients' requirements, budgets and lifestyle goals and recommending tailored home and land solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain consistent communication throughout the customer journey.
• Stay up to date with housing market trends, competitor activity, floorplans, inclusions and finance processes.
• Collaborate with drafting, estimating, colour selection and construction teams for a seamless handover.
• Maintain display home presentation and uphold high service standards in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in new home sales, real estate, property or a consultative B2C environment.
• Ability to build trust quickly and manage the full sales process from enquiry to contract signing.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organisation and self-motivation.
• Weekend availability in line with display home operations.
