Network Solutions Pre-Sales and Delivery Engineer

About the role

The Network Solutions Pre-Sales & Delivery Engineer designs, validates, and delivers secure edge networking solutions for enterprise and government customers across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The role bridges pre‑sales consulting, solution architecture and hands‑on delivery, supporting the full customer lifecycle from engagement to operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable edge network solutions and lead end‑to‑end delivery across mobile, satellite and hybrid environments.
• Partner with sales teams to shape technical solutions, conduct proofs of concept and pilot deployments.
• Manage technical deployments, transition to production, and troubleshoot incidents and change requests per SLA.
• Train and enable channel partners to independently deploy and support SD‑WAN and edge networking solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of SD‑WAN, edge networking and connectivity technologies and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Networking or related engineering discipline.
• 6+ years experience designing, delivering and supporting enterprise or government network solutions.
• Proven pre‑sales consulting experience with strong customer‑facing skills.
• Excellent communication ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Enterprise networking, SD‑WAN, WAN technologies, VPNs, wireless networks, security principles, remote connectivity.
• Mobile (cellular) and/or satellite communication networks.
• Hands‑on experience with SD‑WAN routers, firewalls and device provisioning platforms.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, AWS, JNCIP or equivalent.
