Network Development Manager

About the role

The Network Development Manager is responsible for growing and sustaining Mitsubishi Motors Australia’s dealer network. Working from the Adelaide Airport head office, you will partner with franchise partners and internal teams to plan network expansion, ensure compliance, and enhance brand representation across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Assess network performance and identify opportunities to optimise dealer representation nationwide.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective dealer partners, providing guidance on network matters.
• Manage the full dealer lifecycle, including appointments, onboarding, franchise agreement renewals, variations, terminations and change requests.
• Monitor dealer compliance with franchise agreements and operating standards, coordinating corrective actions as needed.
• Lead the delivery of Visual Identity and facility programmes, collaborating with dealers and vendors to execute projects and improve network appearance.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in dealer network, franchise, automotive or multi‑site business environments.
• Proven track record in dealer network planning, development, performance management or franchise administration.
• Strong analytical abilities and commercial acumen.
