NDIS Support Manager / Client Services Manager

About the role

The Right Place Disability Services, a growing NDIS Registered Provider, is looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Support Manager / Service Manager to lead its day-to-day operations in Wagga Wagga. This is a key leadership role focused on excellent service delivery, strong team performance and full compliance with NDIS standards. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and service delivery
• Lead, supervise and support a team of support workers
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care for participants
• Coordinate services in line with participant plans and funding
• Build strong relationships with participants, families and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality & Safeguards Commission
• Oversee incident management, reporting and risk processes
• Drive continuous improvement and work with Support Coordinators and allied health professionals

Required profile

• Experience in the NDIS or disability services sector
• Proven leadership and staff management experience
• Relevant qualification in Community Services, Disability or similar (preferred)
• Current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of NDIS guidelines, compliance and pricing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
