NDIS Administration Support (Casual)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced NDIS Administration Support professional to join our Liverpool clinic on a casual basis. The role offers full‑time hours across five days, flexible start‑end times and the possibility of permanent employment for high performers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end NDIS administrative support, including participant intake and plan management.
• Process NDIA payment claims, perform reconciliations and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Use PRODA and other NDIS systems to submit claims and resolve rejections.
• Liaise with participants, plan managers and internal teams to address enquiries.
• Deliver professional client service via phone and email.
• Support front‑of‑house operations in a busy allied‑health environment.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of a multi‑location, multi‑discipline practice.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in NDIS administration.
• Proven use of PRODA and NDIA payment claiming systems.
• Strong ability to manage claim rejections, payment discrepancies and collections.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling large volumes of NDIS data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Calm, solutions‑focused approach in a compliance‑driven environment.
