About the role
Join Locale as an NDD Operator supporting civil construction projects across Greater Melbourne. Use your vacuum excavation and service locating expertise to deliver works that meet VEDN standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks assigned by the Site Supervisor efficiently and on time.
- Perform routine maintenance, refuel plant, and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
- Attend relevant training programs approved by senior management.
- Plan, organise and manage own time to achieve targets within set timetables.
Required profile
- Experience operating an NDD Combo Truck.
- Hold appropriate tickets, licences and VESI/VEDN accreditation.
- Safety‑oriented working attitude.
- Own transport to and from job sites.
- Team‑player attitude.
Required skills
- Operation of NDD (Non‑Destructive Digging) equipment.
- Vacuum excavation and service locating.
- VESI/VEDN accreditation.
- Relevant licences and tickets for civil construction equipment.
