National Business Development Manager

About the role

Join Arbex, the home of iconic brands such as Andrex®, Kleenex®, and Cottonelle®, to lead national business development across Australia. You will build and manage a distributor and end‑user network, driving growth for our B2B portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Establish execution plans aligned with global, regional and local strategic objectives.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to implement Australia’s new business operating model.
• Set revenue targets, manage the sales pipeline through Salesforce and deliver business plans that achieve sales goals.
• Develop joint business plans with distributors and collaborate with end‑users, marketing and innovation teams to capture new opportunities.
• Leverage digital and AI‑enabled tools for account planning, market analysis and customer segmentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within multinational organisations.
• Proven distributor and key‑account management experience in a B2B commercial sales environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and executive‑level relationship management skills.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Advanced analytical abilities and experience with data‑driven decision making.
