National Bids Designer

About the role

Do you enjoy turning dense technical content into polished, persuasive proposals? This permanent position will have you designing high‑quality tender responses, capability statements and pitch decks while working closely with subject‑matter experts under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format tender responses, proposals and capability statements to a professional standard.
• Create infographics, process diagrams, org charts and data visualisations that enhance reviewer comprehension.
• Maintain and evolve the bids team’s template library, brand assets and style guides.
• Produce pitch decks, credentials documents, case studies and executive presentations for both print and online distribution.
• Train and mentor team members in bid design best practice and template use.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, marketing, communications, business, law or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years’ experience in marketing, bids/proposals, document management or project support, preferably in professional services or B2B environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail in document preparation and data entry.
• Good written communication skills and confidence in proofreading.
