About the role

Aussie is looking for a mobile mortgage broker in Melbourne to run their own business with the backing of Australia's largest mortgage brand. It is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement, offering flexibility and support so you can focus on your clients.

Key responsibilities

• Work with pre-qualified customer appointments booked directly into your calendar.
• Guide clients from first conversation through to settlement, while the fulfilment team handles processing and admin.
• Use the in-house marketing team to coordinate your own marketing initiatives and increase your lead flow.
• Leverage the company's technology platform to simplify workflows, manage compliance and boost conversion.
• Connect customers to a wider ecosystem of buyer's agents, conveyancing and insurance services.

Required profile

• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or willingness to obtain one before starting (support provided).
• Sales, broking or customer service experience.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Motivation to grow a high-performing, flexible business and a passion for helping Australians achieve property ownership.
