About the role

Ridley is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join its manufacturing team at Ridley AgriProducts in Maffra. Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor milling equipment to ensure efficient production.
• Perform quality checks and maintain product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.
• Adhere to safety and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and keep the work area clean.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and improve processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required.
• Relevant certifications or training in manufacturing processes (an advantage).
