Mid-Market Account Executive, Australia

About the role

Omni, an AI analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI, is expanding its sales team and seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive growth in its Mid-Market segment. The role reports to the VP of APAC and is open to candidates based in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle for the new BI platform, balancing consultative and challenger approaches to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Generate new business through a mix of network-led outbound and inbound qualification, using MEDDPICC and the 3 Whys frameworks.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and build business value cases for technical buyers.
• Work with partners (tech and system integrators) and internal teams (account management, sales) to build top-of-funnel pipeline, support onboarding and spot cross-sell or renewal opportunities.
• Deliver accurate weekly forecasts with both bottom-up and top-down territory views for GTM leadership.

Required profile

• 2-3+ years of experience exceeding quota selling SaaS solutions.
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Proven ability to influence technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Nice to have: 2-3+ years exceeding quotas in the modern data stack (BI, analytics, warehouse, ETL), deep understanding of the end-to-end data ecosystem, and success in fast-paced Series A-D environments.
