Mid-level Architect – Health & Senior Living (Perth)

About the role

Join a recognised architectural practice in Perth as a mid‑level architect working on health and senior living projects. You will be involved from early design concepts through to construction delivery, balancing design intent with technical resolution, programme and commercial considerations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver architectural projects across health and senior living sectors.
• Assist with all project stages, from concept to construction.
• Coordinate consultants and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure high‑quality documentation and technical resolution.
• Maintain compliance with the BCA, Australian Standards and council requirements.
• Support project performance and delivery programmes.
• Mentor and collaborate with project team members.
• Contribute to design development and innovative technical solutions.

Required profile

• Australian architectural registration (WA preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience in the Australian/WA market.
• Background in health and senior living projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards and local authority requirements.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Understanding of project development and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
• Collaborative style with a passion for high‑quality design.
