About the role
Turner & Townsend is expanding its data centre portfolio in Perth and is looking for experienced project delivery professionals to lead end‑to‑end service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management commissions, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality targets.
- Establish project governance, planning, change control and financial monitoring.
- Manage communication flow between the team, client and consultants, preparing progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards, including SOX controls where applicable.
Required profile
- 5‑10 years of project management experience, preferably in data centre or similar technical environments.
- Strong understanding of the full project life‑cycle and construction procurement routes.
- Ability to work under high pressure and deliver complex medium‑to‑high complexity projects.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Primavera scheduling (highly regarded).
- Technical knowledge of data centre infrastructure: HVAC, electrical, generators, fire protection, security and BMS.
