About the role

Join Healthcare Australia as a Mental Health Registered Nurse and provide high‑quality, person‑centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary primary health setting. The role offers a $4,000 sign‑on bonus and a Monday‑Friday day‑shift roster with no nights or weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of mental health services including crisis intervention, risk assessments, medication administration, psycho‑education and support for individuals with complex needs.
• Provide trauma‑informed, culturally respectful care to detainees while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• Either 5+ years mental health RN experience (non‑telehealth) plus a postgraduate qualification in mental health, or 7+ years experience without a postgraduate qualification.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
