Mechanical Supervisor

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead all mechanical aspects of a construction project in South Australia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate crews, enforce safety, and ensure quality while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Optimise construction processes to lift efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and direct mechanical work crews, resolving conflicts fairly.
• Enforce ACCIONA procedures, OMRs and permit compliance on site.
• Manage program risk, resourcing and critical path to protect schedule.
• Monitor quality standards and address non‑conformities promptly.

Required profile

• Trades qualification in construction, building or manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a construction, engineering or industrial environment.
• Working knowledge of health, safety and environment (HS&E) requirements and implementation.
• Strong communication skills to direct and influence teams.
