Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

Ingérop is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join its new Adelaide office. You will support the delivery of engineering solutions on projects in Australia and overseas, working across a broad range of structural types and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the design process, coordinating with related design disciplines and teams.
• Develop and maintain high‑level technical capability to deliver targeted service offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with other disciplines within the firm.

Required profile

• Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Australia.
• Extensive structural engineering experience on major infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of Australian Standards and other national/international codes, contracts and procedures.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering high‑quality work.

Required skills

• Structural design and analysis using software such as Midas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with finite‑element analysis tools.
