Marketing Strategy Manager – Mandarin speaker

About the role

Lead Fever's marketing strategy for the APAC market, focusing on Chinese consumers. You will own budget, drive audience growth across China’s digital ecosystem and shape the regional playbook.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end marketing strategy for APAC experiences, including high‑impact partnerships such as F1 and Harry Potter.
• Lead multi‑channel digital campaigns on WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Baidu and other core platforms, ensuring strong ROI.
• Design and manage KOL/KOC and MCN programmes, negotiating and overseeing creator relationships.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Creative, Product, CRM, Media) to deliver localized, high‑impact executions.
• Oversee regional P&L, optimise budgets and drive revenue forecasting.

Required profile

• 8+ years of digital/growth marketing experience with deep hands‑on expertise in the Chinese digital ecosystem.
• Proven ability to design and execute large‑scale marketing strategies with measurable business impact.
• Highly analytical mindset with strong performance‑metrics and P&L decision‑making skills.
• Native or bilingual English and professional Mandarin proficiency.
