Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing and community engagement strategies to support the growth of Ray Foundation Group’s disability services in the Perth metro area. This role works closely with management, participants, families and referral networks to raise awareness and drive client intake.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement marketing and community engagement campaigns aligned with business growth and service delivery objectives.
• Advise senior management on communication initiatives, branding and promotional activities to increase community awareness.
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of digital, social media, print and event materials within approved budgets and timelines.
• Analyse client engagement data, referral trends and community feedback to identify service opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
• Monitor sector trends and research local market conditions to support strategic planning and service development.
• Conduct market research and stakeholder engagement to uncover opportunities for new services, programs and partnerships.
• Provide recommendations on pricing, referral pathways and communication channels to strengthen organisational presence.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the community services and disability sector.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and market trends.
• Effective communication skills for advising management and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and timelines.
