Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Philips is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution of marketing across Australia and New Zealand. You will translate business and marketing priorities into coordinated, high‑quality activities and ensure consistent delivery of campaigns and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives across ANZ.
• Coordinate marketing activities from planning through execution, maintaining visibility of actions, timelines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Maintain marketing dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting to provide visibility of performance and impact.
• Ensure tools, content and resources are aligned, available and delivered on time for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing execution using data, feedback and reporting insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing execution, campaign coordination or marketing operations within a regulated healthcare or medical‑technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, marketing communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong coordination and project‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and collaboration abilities across marketing, business and regional teams.
• Analytical capability with experience working with marketing data, KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
