Marketing Manager, South Pacific

About the role

Milestone Systems is seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Manager for the South Pacific to drive demand generation, partner engagement, brand awareness and market growth across Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with regional sales leaders, channel partners, technology partners and global marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate regional sales strategies into effective marketing plans and set market‑specific KPI targets.
• Deliver channel marketing initiatives, co‑marketing campaigns, sales training and partner‑portal content.
• Lead rollout of global campaigns, monitor performance and optimise for the South Pacific.
• Plan and execute digital demand‑generation, events, tradeshows and develop local case studies.
• Manage earned and owned media, social‑media posting and tier‑3 PR coverage.
• Maintain brand consistency and act as brand ambassador across all activities.
• Collaborate with sales managers, global marketing and channel partners to define must‑win battles and track results.
• Develop and manage the regional marketing budget, forecast and report on spend.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS or channel‑driven industries.
• Proven track record of creating integrated campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong event management, partner marketing and demand‑generation expertise.
• Experience working with channel ecosystems, distributors and strategic partners.
• Excellent project, stakeholder and budget management skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced, international environment.
