Marketing Manager – Premium Wine & Beverage Brand

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead the strategy for a portfolio of premium wine and beverage brands. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will oversee a small marketing team and collaborate with sales, customer experience and external agencies to drive brand growth across Australia and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for a premium lifestyle portfolio.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, trade and consumer channels.
• Manage website content, SEO, social media and e‑commerce platforms.
• Drive PR, communications and brand positioning initiatives.
• Oversee external agencies, designers, photographers and videographers.
• Support new product launches, innovation projects and trade marketing activities.
• Prepare marketing budgets, track performance and report on campaign results.
• Mentor and develop a small marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing leadership role.
• Strong brand management and strategic marketing background.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to link marketing outcomes to revenue growth.
• Experience in wine, beverage, FMCG, premium consumer goods or related lifestyle sectors is highly regarded.
• Full Australian working rights; sponsorship not available.
