Marketing Manager – Loyalty Programs

About the role

Join Qantas Loyalty’s newly formed Marketing Planning & Partnerships team as a Marketing Manager, Program. You will drive insight‑led marketing strategies that grow the loyalty portfolio and deepen member engagement across Qantas and Jetstar brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate marketing opportunities that support growth and member lifecycle objectives.
• Translate insight‑driven strategies into clear, concise briefs for cross‑functional execution.
• Develop and own marketing activity plans, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee channel activity, monitor performance, and report outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to overarching marketing strategies and brief integrated campaigns that generate revenue.
• Work closely with analytics to turn performance data into actionable insights and continuous innovation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within loyalty or brand marketing.
• Proven ability to critically review marketing collateral for product, brand, and regulatory fit.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to prioritize commercial outcomes.
