Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing Australian organisation in healthcare education and services, seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to elevate brand presence, drive market leadership and accelerate customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall brand and digital marketing strategy, including SEO, paid media, social, CRM and email automation.
• Lead a high‑performing marketing team of four, mentoring and developing talent.
• Design and manage lead generation funnels, national campaigns, product launches, conferences and events.
• Use HubSpot and data‑driven approaches to improve conversion, engagement and ROI.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into impactful marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven senior marketing leadership experience (Marketing Manager, Senior Brand Manager or similar).
• Demonstrated success developing integrated marketing strategies and delivering measurable growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable working with executive teams.
