Marketing Lead – Enterprise Growth

About the role

The Marketing Lead for Enterprise Growth will be the second hire in Latitude Financial’s marketing team, responsible for end‑to‑end execution of campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. This hands‑on role combines strategy, delivery, analysis and continuous improvement to grow the partner network and engage end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of direct‑to‑customer eDM, B2B marketing, branding and acquisition campaigns.
• Brief, copywrite, manage compliance/legal sign‑off, produce and build campaigns, then analyse performance.
• Leverage insights to deepen merchant and customer engagement and drive credit‑card usage.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management to create functional marketing collateral for partners.
• Manage budgets, timelines and ensure compliance with operational and finance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of direct marketing and multi‑channel campaign management experience.
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced, independent worker who thrives in ambiguous environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, preferably with experience in consumer card lending or retail banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud – campaign building, execution and reporting.
• Proficiency with AI tools for insights, automation and rapid content creation.
